The Resistance Support Collective was born in late 2024, at a time when rising authoritarianism, longstanding systemic violence, and continued widespread political suppression made it very clear that the traditional systems that have been in place in America for many decades would never save us. In the face of escalating injustice and totalitarianism, we came together to build something rooted in people power: a network that doesn’t wait for permission to act, doesn’t abandon the vulnerable, and doesn’t back down in the face of repression or authoritarianism.
RSC is a mutual aid and direct-action collective committed to forging radical solidarity, defending our communities, and cultivating resilience at every level. We recognize that the systems around us, from government institutions to economic structures, fail us by design. We believe in meeting that failure with action: feeding each other, protecting each other, and organizing alongside each other to build better communities from the ground up.
Our mission is to provide immediate, decentralized support to those most impacted by this oppression, while simultaneously building the infrastructure for long-term resistance. We fight for liberation by empowering our communities through skill-sharing, safety planning, rapid response, and sustained mutual aid. We are not a charity. We are not a nonprofit built to appease power. We are a collective of everyday people choosing to resist. Together.
In these times of growing crisis, we call on all who refuse to be complicit in oppression to join us. Whether you have time, resources, skills, or heart; we need you. Not someday. Now. This is the foundation we build together, for the people we love, for the future we’re reclaiming, and for the world that’s still possible.
